  1. Submitting this offer does not guarantee me the booking for the Artist requested.
  2. This offer is valid until I withdraw it, and I must give DJROCKSTARS.com a minimum of two (2) business days notice prior to withdrawing it, during which time DJROCKSTARS.com has the right to confirm the date.
  3. Upon DJROCKSTARS.com acceptance and confirmation of this offer, the deposit is due immediately.
  4. If the offer is confirmed, I have entered into a legally binding Verbal Agreement/Contract. A written contract will be sent to me which summarizes those items which I verbally agreed to. Not signing the written contract does not free me from my obligations outlined in the Verbal Agreement.
